Call Childline at 1098. They have a team trained to respond quickly to child labour cases.
Do not confront the person yourself. Report it to the Narcotics Helpline at 1933 or the police.
Call 1930 immediately. The first hour matters — the chance of recovering the money drops quickly with time.
Keep a written record of days worked, hours, and amount owed. You can complain to the Labour Department or file a report here.
